Reiki -A Healing Path-
Usui Shiki Ryoho is a Japanese natural healing art that acknowledges the spiritual lineage of Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata and Phyllis Lei Furumoto. This practice consists of three degrees, Reiki I, Reiki II and Mastery.
Reiki is also called Universal Life Energy and starts to flow when practitioners place their hands on the body. A Reiki treatment restores mental, physical, emotional and spiritual balance, inducing states of deep relaxation and open attention.
